PLANT2TREAT ("we", "us") is a small vegan bakery based in Gent, Belgium. We care about your privacy: this website was built to work without cookies and without trackers. This page explains, in plain words, what little data is involved when you use it.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no profiling. Fonts, images and the map of Gent are hosted directly by us, so no third-party service is contacted while you browse.

The only exception is the order form (see below), which loads only if you choose to.

Order form (Google Forms)

Our order form is provided by Google Forms. To protect your privacy, it is not loaded automatically: it only loads after you press the "Load order form" button. From that moment, Google LLC may process technical data (such as your IP address) and may set its own cookies, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you submit an order, we receive the information you type into the form (name, contact details, your order) and use it only to prepare and deliver your order. We keep it no longer than needed for that purpose and we never sell or share it for marketing.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Like any web server, Cloudflare technically processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Contacting us

If you write to us by e-mail, WhatsApp, Signal or Instagram, we receive the data you send us (and those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies). We use it only to reply and handle your request. Links to external platforms on this site are plain links: nothing is shared with them until you click.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us at any time to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a portable format.

Changes

If we ever change how this site works (for example by adding new services), we will update this page and the date above.
